Full Sermon // May 3, 2026

This week is week two in our new series titled, “Reflecting God” in which we discover how God made us to mirror his image in our world. This week we went to the New Testament to see how God created us with a good intention, but how sin distorted this good intention. Within the passages we see that God can take our muddied image and clean it to make us better reflect Him once again.

• With the introduction of sin, the way humanity reflects God became muddied.

• All throughout life, the Holy Spirit is at work in us clearing up our mirror that we might do what we were created to do: reflect God in the world.

• Continuous invitation to be prisoners of hope for ourselves!
