Full Sermon // March 15, 2026

Welcome to the fourth week in our series, “A Consuming Fire”! In this series we have ventured to all corners of the Bible to discover what God says about how he calls us to purification in a way like a refining fire. This week we spent most of our time in Deuteronomy 6 and 30 as Pastor Jeni preached on obedience v. disobedience and grace and love of God.

May we experience a purifying and indwelling of the consuming fire of God.

Purifying that changes us — Indwelling that empowers us.

Notes from Sunday’s Sermon:

• Wholehearted love — obedience to God’s Laws — witness

• God is straightforward — obedience leads to life. Disobedience leads to death.

• God’s clarity is an act of love.

• We have a path to choose also.

• God’s grace makes a way for us to be renewed again and again.
