Following up from last week’s kickstart of a new series, this week we had week 2 in our series titled, “Acts”. This week we looked at what the book of Acts had to say about prayer while also looking into what was said about who are the recipients of God’s action within Acts.

2,000 year later the Spirit is still moving and God is still building his church!
If you want to hear from God, spend time in prayer.
They had regular, daily appointments with God where they cultivated conversation with God.
God’s favor is not limited to a particular people but extends to persons in every nation.
God’s activity by his Spirit stretches across age groups, includes both men & women, & defies cultural status quo.
