Event Request Form


Bentonville Community Church is glad to make our facilities available for use by both our members and our community.

When we consider events outside of our regular programming, we ask three simple questions: Is it true? Is it beautiful? Is it good?

Our facilities are used only in ways consistent with the beliefs of the Church of the Nazarene. This means no smoking or alcoholic beverages, and all events must align with our faith and values. If you’re unsure whether your event is a good fit, please contact our church office or review the Covenant of Christian Conduct and Character in the Manual of the Church of the Nazarene. Final decisions on event compatibility are made by BCCN staff and the church board.
